Terms of Use
1. The service
FitBoost is a mobile app for logging strength and cardio workouts and for providing training reference information based on those records. By downloading and using the app, you agree to these terms.
2. Health notice
FitBoost is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The estimated weights, recovery status and coaching messages the app shows are reference values for planning your training. They do not replace an actual 1RM test or medical or coaching judgment. Pace zones, predicted times and running prescriptions are reference values in the same way, and distance and pace measured from satellite location and steps can contain errors.
Exercise carries a risk of injury. If you feel pain or unusual fatigue, stop immediately and consult a professional. If you have an underlying condition or are returning to exercise after a long break, please talk to a doctor first.
When running outdoors, watch the road and your surroundings before the screen, and follow traffic rules. We do not guarantee that a course you received or drew on the map is safe or passable.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for training at an intensity suited to your own health.
- You will not reverse engineer the app or copy or distribute it without permission.
- You will not interfere with normal use of the app, including by circumventing payment.
4. Subscriptions
FitBoost PRO and FitBoost PRO+ are each auto-renewing subscriptions, billed monthly or annually. Payment is processed through your Apple or Google account, and a subscription may renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Exact prices and trial availability follow the store information shown in the purchase confirmation. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under each store's policy.
5. Data
Your workout records are stored on your device. We cannot guarantee recovery of data lost because a device is lost or reset or the app is deleted. Please keep device backup or sync across devices turned on, and keep a separate copy of important records by creating a backup file in Transfer & backup in the menu.
For how personal information is handled, see the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The rights to the app and to the text, illustrations, icons and design in it belong to FitBoost. The rights to the workouts and photos you record in the app belong to you.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FitBoost is not liable for physical injury, data loss or indirect damages arising from use of the app. The app is provided as is, without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Changes
If these terms change, we will update the last-updated date on this page. We will announce significant changes separately in the app.
