Privacy Policy

Sameframe ("the app") is published by Taein Kim. The app has no server and no user accounts. This policy explains what happens to your data.

Data that stays on your devices

Video and audio you record are stored only on your iPhone and are sent only to the other iPhone you connected, directly over your local network. They are never uploaded to us.
Speech recognition for subtitles runs on your iPhone. Recordings are not sent to a server for recognition.
Pairing information (a device identifier and device name) is exchanged only between the two connected iPhones and stored locally so they can reconnect.

Permissions

Local Network — to find and connect to the other iPhone.
Camera and Microphone — to film and record.
Photos (add only) — to save finished videos.
Speech Recognition — to create subtitle files.
Tracking (optional) — see Advertising below.

Advertising

The free version shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Google may collect and process device identifiers (including the advertising identifier if you allow tracking), approximate location derived from your IP address, ad interaction data and diagnostics in order to serve and measure ads. If you decline tracking, ads are not personalized using your advertising identifier. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy. Users in regions that require it are asked for consent before ads are requested and can change that choice in the app's settings. Sameframe Pro removes all ads.

Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details. When two iPhones are connected, a Pro device sends an Apple-signed purchase receipt to the other iPhone so both can use Pro during that connection; the receipt is verified on the device, is not stored, and is discarded when the connection ends.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13.

Sameframe에는 서버와 계정이 없어요. 촬영한 영상과 소리는 내 iPhone에만 저장되고, 내가 연결한 상대 iPhone으로만 같은 네트워크 안에서 직접 전송돼요. 자막용 음성 인식도 iPhone 안에서만 이뤄져요.

무료 버전은 Google AdMob 광고를 보여줘요. Google은 광고 제공과 측정을 위해 기기 식별자(추적을 허용한 경우 광고 식별자 포함), IP 기반의 대략적 위치, 광고 상호작용, 진단 정보를 수집할 수 있어요. 추적을 허용하지 않으면 광고 식별자를 이용한 맞춤 광고는 제공되지 않아요. Sameframe Pro는 모든 광고를 없애요.

결제는 Apple이 처리하며 저희는 결제 정보를 받지 않아요. 두 iPhone이 연결된 동안 Pro 기기는 Apple이 서명한 구매 증명을 상대 iPhone에 보내 함께 Pro를 쓰게 해요. 이 증명은 기기 안에서만 검증되고 저장되지 않으며 연결이 끝나면 버려져요.
