1. 약관의 동의와 적용 순서

앱을 다운로드하거나 사용하면 본 약관과 Apple Standard End User License Agreement(Standard EULA)에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다. Standard EULA가 앱 라이선스의 기본 조건이며, 본 약관은 AFTERPACE 기능에 관한 추가 조건입니다. 두 문서가 충돌하면 적용 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 Standard EULA가 우선합니다. 동의하지 않으면 앱을 사용하지 마세요.

2. 서비스와 이용 자격

AFTERPACE는 운동 기록과 사진을 불러와 디자인하고 이미지 또는 영상으로 내보내는 창작 도구입니다. 현재 버전은 개발자 계정 가입 없이 동작합니다. 사용자는 App Store와 지역 법률이 요구하는 최소 연령을 충족해야 하며, 그렇지 않다면 보호자의 동의를 받아야 합니다.

기능과 지원 형식은 기기, 운영체제, 권한, 보유 데이터, 지역 및 구독 상태에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 서비스의 일부는 Apple Health, Photos, StoreKit, 공유 시트 등 Apple 시스템 기능에 의존합니다.

3. 사용권과 사용자 콘텐츠

Standard EULA에 따라 개인적이고 적법한 목적으로 앱을 사용할 수 있는 제한적 사용권이 부여됩니다. 앱, 브랜드, 기본 템플릿과 소프트웨어에 관한 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 남습니다.

사용자가 가져온 운동 기록, 사진, 문구와 완성 작품에 대한 권리는 사용자 또는 해당 권리자에게 남습니다. 사용자는 콘텐츠를 앱에서 처리하고 내보내는 데 필요한 권리와 동의를 보유해야 하며, 타인의 초상권·저작권·상표권·개인정보를 침해하지 않아야 합니다. AFTERPACE는 사용자 콘텐츠에 대한 소유권을 취득하지 않습니다.

4. 건강·운동 정보와 안전

AFTERPACE는 의료기기, 진단 도구, 코칭 또는 긴급 구조 서비스가 아닙니다. 심박수, 거리, 페이스, 경로, 고도, 소모 에너지와 계산 결과는 원본 기기·센서·파일의 정확도와 앱의 계산 방식에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 의료 판단, 운동 처방, 길 안내 또는 안전 결정을 앱의 결과에만 의존하지 마세요. 이상 증상이 있으면 운동을 중단하고 적절한 전문가 또는 긴급 서비스에 연락하세요.

5. 개인정보, 권한과 공유

정보 처리 방식은 개인정보처리방침에 설명되어 있습니다. Health·사진 접근은 사용자가 iOS 권한 화면에서 선택하며 언제든 설정에서 철회할 수 있습니다. 권한을 거부하거나 데이터가 없으면 관련 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.

사용자는 내보내기 전 Share Options 또는 Privacy Guard 설정과 작품에 표시되는 경로, 장소, 심박수, 사진을 확인해야 합니다. 공유 시트에서 선택한 서비스나 수신자에게 전달된 콘텐츠는 그 서비스의 약관과 방침이 적용되며, 공개 또는 재공유 결과는 사용자가 책임집니다.

6. 구독과 인앱 구매

표시되는 경우 구독과 인앱 구매의 결제, 갱신, 청구 및 환불은 Apple과 사용자의 App Store 계정 조건에 따라 처리됩니다. 가격과 기간은 구매 확인 화면의 현지 스토어 표시가 기준입니다. 자동 갱신 구독은 현재 기간 종료 전에 App Store 설정에서 해지하지 않으면 갱신될 수 있습니다. 구매 복원 기능으로 같은 Apple Account의 검증 가능한 이용 권한을 확인할 수 있습니다.

무료 체험은 상품 화면에 실제로 표시되고 Apple이 해당 계정의 자격을 인정하는 경우에만 제공됩니다. 환불 요청은 Apple의 절차를 이용해야 하며, 소모성 항목이나 특별 콘텐츠의 복원 가능 여부는 Apple의 상품 유형과 거래 상태에 따릅니다.

7. 금지 행위

• 불법, 기만, 괴롭힘 또는 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠 제작·배포
• 권한 없이 타인의 건강, 위치 또는 사진 정보를 처리하거나 공개하는 행위
• 앱·구매 검증·보안 기능을 우회, 악용 또는 방해하는 행위
• Standard EULA 또는 적용 법률이 금지하는 복제, 역설계, 재판매 및 자동화된 남용

8. 변경, 중단과 책임 제한

앱은 개선, 보안, 법적 요구 또는 외부 시스템 변경을 위해 기능을 추가·변경·중단할 수 있습니다. 로컬 프로젝트와 원본 자료는 사용자가 별도로 관리하고 중요한 결과물을 안전한 위치에 백업해야 합니다.

앱은 적용 법률과 Standard EULA가 허용하는 범위에서 현재 상태로 제공됩니다. 중단 없는 동작, 특정 목적 적합성, 데이터·센서 결과의 정확성 또는 모든 기기·외부 서비스와의 호환성을 보장하지 않습니다. 법률상 배제할 수 없는 소비자 권리와 책임은 제한하지 않습니다.

9. 종료, 준거 조건과 문의

본 약관 또는 Standard EULA를 중대하게 위반하면 사용권이 종료될 수 있습니다. 사용자는 앱을 삭제하고 사용을 중단할 수 있습니다. 준거법, 분쟁 해결과 제3자 수익자에 관한 기본 조건은 Standard EULA 및 사용자의 지역에서 강제 적용되는 소비자 법률을 따릅니다.

1. Agreement and order of precedence

By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). The Standard EULA is the base license; these terms add conditions specific to AFTERPACE features. If they conflict, the Standard EULA controls to the extent permitted by applicable law. Do not use the app if you do not agree.

2. Service and eligibility

AFTERPACE is a creative tool for importing workout records and photos, composing designs, and exporting images or video. The current version does not require a developer account. You must meet the minimum age required by the App Store and local law, or use the app with permission from a parent or guardian.

Features and supported formats may vary by device, operating system, permissions, available data, region, and subscription status. Some features depend on Apple system services such as Health, Photos, StoreKit, and the share sheet.

3. License and your content

You receive a limited right to use the app for personal, lawful purposes under the Standard EULA. Rights in the app, brand, built-in templates, and software remain with the operator or their rightful owners.

You or the relevant owner retain rights in workouts, photos, text, and finished artwork that you import or create. You must have the rights and permissions needed to process and export that content and must respect copyright, trademark, publicity, and privacy rights. AFTERPACE does not take ownership of your content.

4. Health data and safety

AFTERPACE is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, coaching service, navigation service, or emergency service. Heart rate, distance, pace, route, elevation, energy, and calculated results depend on source sensors, devices, files, and app calculations and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on the app alone for medical, training, navigation, or safety decisions. Stop exercising and contact an appropriate professional or emergency service if needed.

5. Privacy, permissions, and sharing

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. You choose Health and Photos access through iOS and can revoke it in Settings. Related features may be unavailable if permission is denied or no usable data exists.

Before export, review Share Options or Privacy Guard and every route, place, heart-rate value, and photo visible in the artwork. Content sent to a destination through the share sheet is governed by that destination's terms and policies. You are responsible for the consequences of publication or onward sharing.

6. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

Where offered, Apple and your App Store account govern payment, renewal, billing, and refunds. The local storefront and purchase-confirmation screen control price and duration. An auto-renewing subscription may renew unless canceled in App Store settings before the current period ends. Restore Purchases can check verifiable entitlements for the same Apple Account.

A free trial is available only if it is actually displayed for a product and Apple confirms that the account is eligible. Refund requests follow Apple's process. Restoration of consumable or special content depends on Apple's product type and transaction status.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Creating or distributing unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or rights-infringing content.
• Processing or publishing another person's health, location, or photo information without authority.
• Bypassing, abusing, or interfering with the app, purchase verification, or security controls.
• Copying, reverse engineering, reselling, or automated abuse prohibited by the Standard EULA or law.

8. Changes, availability, and liability

Features may be added, changed, or discontinued for improvement, security, legal requirements, or changes to external systems. You should manage local projects and source material and back up important exported work to a safe location.

To the extent permitted by law and the Standard EULA, the app is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, accurate sensor or data results, or compatibility with every device or external service. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights or liabilities.

9. Termination, governing terms, and contact

Your license may end if you materially breach these terms or the Standard EULA. You may stop using and delete the app. The Standard EULA and mandatory consumer law in your region provide the base rules for governing law, disputes, and third-party beneficiaries.

2. サービスと利用資格

AFTERPACEは、ワークアウト記録と写真を読み込み、デザインして画像または動画として書き出す制作ツールです。現行版は開発者アカウント登録なしで動作します。App Storeと地域法が定める最低年齢を満たすか、保護者の許可を得て利用してください。

機能と対応形式は、端末、OS、権限、利用可能なデータ、地域、購読状態により異なる場合があります。一部はHealth、Photos、StoreKit、共有シートなどAppleのシステム機能に依存します。

3. ライセンスとユーザーコンテンツ

Standard EULAに従い、個人的かつ適法な目的でアプリを使う限定的な権利が付与されます。アプリ、ブランド、標準テンプレート、ソフトウェアの権利は運営者または正当な権利者に留保されます。

読み込んだワークアウト、写真、文章、完成作品の権利はユーザーまたは各権利者に残ります。処理・書き出しに必要な権利と許可を持ち、著作権、商標権、肖像権、プライバシーを侵害しないでください。AFTERPACEがユーザーコンテンツの所有権を取得することはありません。

4. 健康情報と安全

AFTERPACEは医療機器、診断、コーチング、ナビゲーション、緊急サービスではありません。心拍数、距離、ペース、ルート、高度、エネルギー、計算結果は元のセンサー・端末・ファイルと計算方法に左右され、不正確または不完全な場合があります。医療、トレーニング、道案内、安全の判断をアプリだけに依存しないでください。異常を感じた場合は運動を中止し、適切な専門家または緊急サービスへ連絡してください。

5. プライバシー、権限、共有

情報の取扱いはプライバシーポリシーに記載しています。Health・写真へのアクセスはiOSで選択し、設定から取り消せます。拒否した場合や利用可能なデータがない場合、関連機能は使えません。

書き出す前にShare OptionsまたはPrivacy Guardと、作品に表示されるルート、場所、心拍数、写真を確認してください。共有先に渡ったコンテンツには共有先の規約とポリシーが適用され、公開や再共有の結果はユーザーの責任となります。

6. 購読とアプリ内課金

提供される場合、決済、更新、請求、返金にはAppleとApp Storeアカウントの条件が適用されます。価格と期間は現地ストアの購入確認画面が基準です。自動更新購読は、現在期間の終了前にApp Store設定で解約しない限り更新される場合があります。同じApple Accountの検証可能な利用権は「購入を復元」で確認できます。

無料トライアルは、商品画面に実際に表示され、Appleがアカウントを対象と判断した場合のみ利用できます。返金はAppleの手続きを利用してください。消耗型または特別コンテンツの復元可否はAppleの商品種別と取引状態によります。

7. 禁止事項

• 違法、虚偽、嫌がらせ、または他者の権利を侵害するコンテンツの制作・配布
• 権限なく他者の健康、位置、写真情報を処理・公開する行為
• アプリ、購入検証、セキュリティ機能の回避、悪用、妨害
• Standard EULAまたは法律が禁じる複製、リバースエンジニアリング、再販売、自動化された乱用

8. 変更、提供状況、責任制限

改善、セキュリティ、法的要件、外部システムの変更により、機能を追加・変更・終了する場合があります。ローカルプロジェクトと元資料を管理し、重要な書き出し結果は安全な場所へバックアップしてください。

法律とStandard EULAが認める範囲で、アプリは提供可能な状態で提供されます。中断のない動作、特定目的への適合、センサー・データ結果の正確性、すべての端末・外部サービスとの互換性を保証しません。放棄できない消費者の権利や責任は制限されません。

9. 終了、準拠条件、連絡先

本規約またはStandard EULAへの重大な違反がある場合、ライセンスが終了することがあります。ユーザーはアプリを削除して利用を終了できます。準拠法、紛争、第三者受益者の基本条件はStandard EULAおよび地域で強制適用される消費者法に従います。
