아래 도움말에서 자주 발생하는 문제와 해결 방법을 확인할 수 있습니다. 별도의 비공개 지원 연락처는 준비 중입니다.

지원 연락처가 공개되기 전에는 건강 수치, 정확한 운동 경로, 원본 사진, 영수증, Apple Account 정보를 외부에 게시하거나 전송하지 마세요.

먼저 확인할 사항

1. AFTERPACE와 iOS·iPadOS를 최신 제공 버전으로 업데이트합니다.
2. 앱을 완전히 종료했다가 다시 열고, 기기의 여유 저장 공간을 확인합니다.
3. 설정 앱에서 Health 및 사진 권한을 확인합니다. 권한을 바꾸면 AFTERPACE를 다시 여세요.
4. 문제가 특정 프로젝트에 한정되는지 새 프로젝트에서도 재현되는지 확인합니다.

운동을 불러오지 못할 때

Apple Health

Health 연결은 사용자가 앱에서 직접 요청한 뒤 읽기 권한을 허용해야 합니다. 권한이 없거나 선택한 기간에 읽을 수 있는 운동이 없으면 결과가 비어 있을 수 있습니다. iOS는 앱에 사용자의 구체적인 권한 거부 상태를 항상 알려주지 않으므로, Health 앱에 기록이 있는지도 함께 확인하세요.

파일과 이미지

현재 가져오기 흐름은 GPX와 TCX를 지원합니다. FIT 및 Garmin 직접 연동은 현재 지원되는 것으로 간주하지 마세요. 운동 결과 스크린샷은 OCR 결과를 확인하고 잘못 읽힌 값은 직접 수정해 주세요. 언제든 수동 입력으로 운동을 만들 수 있습니다.

사진을 불러오지 못할 때

시스템 Photos Picker에서 직접 사진을 선택하는 방식은 별도 전체 보관함 권한 없이 사용할 수 있습니다. 자동 사진 추천은 사용자가 제한 또는 전체 사진 접근을 별도로 허용해야 하며, 권한 범위와 운동 시간대에 해당하는 사진이 없으면 추천이 비어 있을 수 있습니다. iCloud에만 있는 사진은 네트워크 상태나 시스템 다운로드 상태에 따라 바로 분석되지 않을 수 있으므로 직접 선택을 시도하세요.

프로젝트와 내보내기

프로젝트는 앱의 로컬 라이브러리에 자동 저장되어 다시 열 수 있고, 사용한 사진 사본도 프로젝트용 저장 공간에 유지됩니다. 앱 삭제, 기기 복원 또는 저장 공간 정리 전에는 중요한 완성본을 사진 앱이나 파일 앱 등 안전한 위치에 별도로 저장하세요.

내보내기가 멈추면 저장 공간을 확보하고 더 낮은 해상도 또는 정지 이미지로 다시 시도하세요. 공유 전 Share Options 또는 Privacy Guard에서 경로 시작·종료, 장소, 심박수 노출을 검토하세요. 내보낸 파일의 위치 메타데이터는 제거되도록 설계되어 있지만 작품 화면에 직접 표시된 텍스트·지도는 그대로 보입니다.

구매와 복원

같은 Apple Account로 로그인한 뒤 앱의 구매 복원 기능을 사용하세요. 가격, 청구, 해지와 환불은 App Store가 처리합니다. 구매 상태가 반영되지 않으면 Apple의 구매 내역과 네트워크 상태를 확인하고, 영수증 전체를 외부에 게시하지 마세요.

좋은 오류 보고서

• AFTERPACE 버전과 빌드, 기기 모델, iOS·iPadOS 버전
• 문제가 생긴 화면과 재현 순서
• 예상한 결과와 실제 결과
• 모든 민감정보를 가린 화면 녹화 또는 스크린샷
• 항상 재현되는지, 특정 프로젝트에서만 발생하는지

지원 응답 시간은 보장되지 않습니다. App Store 앱 페이지는 Apple에서 공개된 뒤 이용할 수 있습니다.

Request support

Use the troubleshooting guidance below for common issues. A separate private support channel is being prepared.

Until that channel is published, do not post or send health values, precise workout routes, original photos, receipts, or Apple Account information elsewhere.

Check these first

1. Update AFTERPACE and iOS or iPadOS to the latest version available to you.
2. Quit and reopen the app, then confirm that the device has free storage.
3. Review Health and Photos access in Settings. Reopen AFTERPACE after changing permission.
4. Check whether the issue also occurs in a new project or only one existing project.

If workouts do not appear

Apple Health

You must explicitly request Health connection in the app and grant read access. Results may be empty if access is unavailable or there are no readable workouts in the chosen period. iOS does not always reveal a specific denial state to an app, so also confirm that the workout exists in Health.

Files and images

The current import flow supports GPX and TCX. Do not assume FIT or direct Garmin connection is currently supported. Review OCR results from workout screenshots and correct misread values. Manual workout entry is always available.

If photos do not appear

You can choose photos directly with the system Photos Picker without granting full-library access. Automatic recommendations require separate limited or full Photos access and can be empty if no photo in the permitted set matches the workout time. A photo stored only in iCloud may not be immediately available for analysis depending on system download and network state; try direct selection.

Projects and export

Projects autosave in the local library so they can be reopened, and copies of photos used by a project are kept in project storage. Before deleting the app, restoring a device, or clearing storage, save important finished work separately to Photos, Files, or another safe location.

If export stalls, free storage and try a lower resolution or still image. Review route endpoints, place, and heart-rate exposure in Share Options or Privacy Guard before sharing. Exported files are designed to omit location metadata, but text or maps visibly composed into the artwork remain visible.

Purchases and restore

Sign in with the same Apple Account and use Restore Purchases in the app. App Store handles price, billing, cancellation, and refunds. If status does not update, check Apple's purchase history and network connectivity. Never post a full receipt publicly.

A useful bug report

• AFTERPACE version and build, device model, and iOS or iPadOS version.
• The screen where it happened and exact reproduction steps.
• Expected result and actual result.
• A screenshot or recording with all sensitive information redacted.
• Whether it occurs every time or only in one project.

最初に確認すること

1. AFTERPACEとiOS・iPadOSを利用可能な最新バージョンへ更新します。
2. アプリを終了して開き直し、端末の空き容量を確認します。
3. 設定アプリでHealthと写真の権限を確認し、変更後はAFTERPACEを開き直します。
4. 新しいプロジェクトでも発生するか、特定プロジェクトだけか確認します。

ワークアウトが表示されない場合

Apple Health

アプリ内でHealth接続を明示的に要求し、読み取りを許可する必要があります。権限がない場合や指定期間に読める記録がない場合、結果が空になることがあります。iOSは拒否状態を常にアプリへ通知するとは限らないため、Healthアプリに対象記録があることも確認してください。

ファイルと画像

現行の読み込みフローはGPXとTCXに対応します。FITやGarmin直接接続が現在対応済みだとはみなさないでください。結果スクリーンショットのOCRは数値を確認し、誤りを修正してください。手入力も利用できます。

写真が表示されない場合

システムのPhotos Pickerなら、全ライブラリ権限なしで写真を直接選べます。自動提案には限定または全写真への別の許可が必要で、許可範囲とワークアウト時間に合う写真がなければ空になることがあります。iCloudにだけある写真は、通信やシステムのダウンロード状態によりすぐ分析できない場合があるため、直接選択を試してください。

プロジェクトと書き出し

プロジェクトはローカルライブラリへ自動保存され、再び開くことができます。使用した写真のコピーもプロジェクト用領域に保持されます。アプリ削除、端末復元、容量整理の前に、重要な完成作品をPhotosやFilesなど安全な場所へ保存してください。

書き出しが止まる場合は空き容量を増やし、低い解像度または静止画で試してください。共有前にShare OptionsまたはPrivacy Guardでルート端点、場所、心拍数を確認してください。書き出しファイルは位置メタデータを含めない設計ですが、作品内に見える文字や地図はそのまま表示されます。

購入と復元

同じApple Accountでサインインし、アプリの「購入を復元」を使ってください。価格、請求、解約、返金はApp Storeが処理します。反映されない場合はAppleの購入履歴と通信状態を確認し、レシート全体を外部へ投稿しないでください。
